1. About Norva
Norva is a supplier partnership and procurement support network that introduces childcare, aged care and related organisations to carefully selected suppliers and service providers. Norva facilitates introductions and procurement support but does not act as the supplier, contractor, agent or reseller of third-party goods or services unless expressly agreed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no goods or services are purchased directly through the Norva website.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes only.You must not:use the website for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes;attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security;copy, scrape, reproduce or misuse website content without permission;submit false, misleading or incomplete information;impersonate another person or organisation;upload or transmit harmful code, spam or malicious material.Norva may restrict or block access to the website where misuse is suspected.

5. Supplier and partner relationships
Norva may receive funding, referral fees, partnership fees, commissions or other commercial benefits from suppliers or partners. Norva aims to work with relevant and suitable suppliers, but Norva does not guarantee the performance, pricing, quality, availability, compliance or suitability of any third-party supplier, product or service. Operators are responsible for assessing whether a supplier, product or service is suitable for their organisation, business requirements, policies, compliance obligations and operational needs. The existence of a partnership or referral relationship does not constitute a recommendation that a supplier is suitable for every operator or circumstance.
6. No operator membership or consulting fee
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Norva does not charge operators a consulting fee or membership fee to make an enquiry or engage with the Norva network. If any paid service, fee or commercial arrangement is introduced in the future, the relevant terms will be provided before that arrangement applies.
7. Third-party suppliers and links
The website may refer to third-party suppliers, partners, products, services or websites. Norva is not responsible for third-party websites, content, offers, pricing, claims, products, services, availability or performance. Any dealings with third parties are at your own discretion and risk. Norva is not responsible for changes made by third-party websites after referral.
8. Your information and submissions
When you submit information to Norva, you confirm that:the information is accurate and not misleading;you are authorised to provide the information;you are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation you represent;your submission does not infringe another person’s rights;your submission does not contain confidential information you are not authorised to share.Norva may use information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess supplier or operator suitability, facilitate introductions and manage business relationships.Personal information will be handled in accordance with Norva’s Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Norva website, including text, graphics, icons, layouts, branding, logos, design elements and other material, is owned by or licensed to Norva unless stated otherwise.You may view and use website content for ordinary business reference purposes.You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any website content without Norva’s prior written consent.
