Our Vetting Process
Every supplier that joins the Norva network goes through a structured review before any introduction is made to an operator client. This includes an assessment of sector experience and credentials, service capability and capacity, references and reputation within the industry, alignment with Norva's standards and values, and a review of existing client relationships and outcomes.
We only carry one partner per service category. This means our partners receive focused, dedicated referrals and our operator clients receive a clear, trusted recommendation rather than a confusing list of options.
